Seeking creativity in a hectic life

I’m Maarya, a creative enthusiast and mummy to four children.

I’ve been making for over 30 years, taught arts classes and attended even more creative classes. Throughout i have received many compliments about my makes. Yet as a novice I never felt quite worthy of them. I have flitted about as a creative butterfly but long for mastery: finding that creative calling – my métier.

Humility has been a big part of my reluctance to share my creativity with a wider audience but life struggles have brought me to a place where i am using my creative ability as a means of self-care. And since creativity can take many forms, why not make a website? In the process I meet you 🙂

Some people think that creativity is innate and cannot be learnt but i believe that creativity needs nurturing and that practice makes better; not perfect though, as perfection lies with God. Let’s practice and make something together.
